Since approximately April 28, 2026, some users have intermittently experienced difficulty connecting to the UTokyo VPN. If you are unable to connect, please wait a while and try again. We will post updates on the “System Failures and Maintenance Information” page if there are any significant changes. [As of 6:00 PM on May 7]
2026年5月8日より，UTokyo Wi-FiやUTokyo VPNを利用できなくなった場合は，まず情報セキュリティ教育が未受講であるかどうか確認してください．UTokyo Accountで確認サイトにサインインすることにより確認できます．情報セキュリティ教育は，UTokyo Accountを保有する方は全員毎年受講する必要があります．
If you become unable to use UTokyo Wi-Fi or UTokyo VPN on or after May 8, 2026, please first check whether you have completed the Information Security Education. You can do so by signing in to the user information page with your UTokyo Account. All UTokyo Account holders are required to complete the Information Security Education every year.
